Hello everyone and welcome to my page about living a good life!β™‘ To start off, my name is Jennifer Margraf and I am currently a senior studying Marketing at Radford University. Something I have always been interested in is coming up with new and creative ways to market myself, different companies, or organizations that I am a part of. As a career, I plan to go into sports marketing or anything that involves the entertainment field. Ideally, working alongside the ice hockey team the Washington Capitals would be a dream come true. To advertise for the team, promote apparel, and being in the presence of superstars all sounds too good. This blog as well as other projects in this social media course can help tie everything together. Taking concepts learned in the classroom and applying them to jobs outside is really useful. With the digital world always evolving, you constantly have to stay updated on new apps, content, and how to brand. I have never been into reading blogs, or ever thought of writing one but here we are.

During my years here at college, I have noticed that students are constantly stressed, anxious, or even depressed. It is hard to find the balance and to have time for homework/studying, sleeping, social and alone time, work, being involved and more. It is helpful to be good at time management and be well organized, but even that won’t cut it all the time. A handful of students forget to live their life to the fullest, especially those who just live on their phones. I am here to give advice on ways to live a good life; whether it be channeling it physically, mentally, or spiritually. I will focus in on many different topics including self-care, traveling, and toxicity of relationships to name a few. This can negatively or positively impact your perception of life, your mood, and overall mindset. All of this relates to me and has affected my mental health. As an upper classman, I have held many positions in several different organizations. I tend to take on more than I can handle at times and would rather stress at full max then ask for help and rely on the work of others. Sometimes events overlap within the same timeframe and I feel as if I can’t get other things done. I am also a perfectionist, which can be a blessing and a curse. In the beginning, this has caused my emotions to be all over the place and I have handled it in the wrong way. It took a long time to learn how to properly live a good life, which is why I want to share these tips with all of you. Hopefully you find these beneficial and can truly start enjoying your life too.
